How to get support for Business Edition Customers with a subscription

If you're a Business Edition Customer here are the ways to get support.

  1. Go to Get Business Support and log a support case
    1. Complete the form, providing as much detail as possible (we love screenshots!) then submit.
    2. Ticket updates are managed in the portal (you'll also receive an email notification).
    3. Note:  If we think it's easier to speak to you about a ticket, we'll set up a Zoom meeting.
